· Use of this website, it’s contact forms or any other means of contact with us does not establish a professional client-coach relationship. A formal coaching relationship is only established following a signed agreement and initial consultation with a professional coach.

· Be threatening, abusive or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
· Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
· Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
· Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case;
· Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
Suspension and Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Website Terms and Conditions of Use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
· Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;

Referrals to Associates and Other Providers
From time to time, we may refer enquiries or clients to trusted associates or other providers who work independently from our organisation.
If you choose to work with one of providers, please note that we may receive a referral fee. This does not affect the fee you pay to the associate or provider, and all referrals are made with your consent and in your best interests.
We only refer to providers whom we believe are suitably qualified and capable or meeting your needs, but we are not responsible for the services they provide. Please ensure you review their terms and conditions before proceeding.
Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
